How to convert any audio/video to M4R (for Mac Users)
M4r is an audio format for iPhone ringtones. At present, the iphone system brings electric ring tones including 25 ringtones such as marimba, cymbal (spring sound), vibrato, pinball, piano repeat, shit, guitar chord, etc. The format is m4r, allowing users to add custom ring. Step 1:We need a converter
Download and install AMS Audio Converter
Step 2 : Import audios
Launch the converter, import the audios to convert. Use “Import” button or just drag and drop the audios from hard disk to program.
Step 3 : Select Export Format
3.1 Select “ID3 / Export” to “Export”, then in Output Format button menu list select “M4R - MPEG-4 Ringtone”.
3.2 Click “convert” to export audios. Great!
Step 4 : Cut the audio
Click “Edit” above the file list , then you can edit the audio length now.
Step 5 : Convert audio
Click “Done” to return the main window, click “Convert” to finish the ringtone.
